The original Hartridge Test Rigs:
One for testing and adjusting the MK-II Triumph TR system (left test rig) and the other test rig (on the right) is for testing and adjusting the MK-I Metering Unit for Maseratis.

After complete reconditioning / overhauling we test and adjust all units on the test rig before we send the units back to the owners. We test and adjust the Metering Units on our test rigs (approx. 900 to 1100 rpm with full vacuum) until full load stroke (no vacuum). The photo on the right shows a recalibration of the Metering Unit MK-II for the Triumph TR-5 PI.

All our new and reconditioned Units are individually checked and calibrated on a Hartridge test rig as per Lucas specifications as prescribed by the manufacturer for each special type of car!!
